On January 25, 2010, Live Nation, Inc. and Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. completed their previously announced merger. Ticketmaster stockholders will receive 1.4743728 shares of Live Nation common stock for each share of Ticketmaster stock they own. Ticketmaster common stock (NASDAQ: TKTM) stopped trading effective at the close of trading on January 25, 2010. The merged entity changed its name to Live Nation Entertainment, Inc and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker LYV.
